Our home in Double Bay on the beautiful island of Eleuthera was completed on April 20, 2020. It sits on 2.3 acres nestled between a 20 acre pond and a beautiful private beach. We are very proud that all our facilities on our property are Environmentally Sustainable with Solar Power and Rain Harvesting Systems. The main house is 8400 ft.² with four en suite bedrooms plus a large separate master suite. Spacious living space with a beautiful bar and a large pergola attached overlooking our infinity pool and our private pink sand beach.... Beautiful chef-inspired eat-in kitchen.
